back boiler problem

i have a baxi bbu and fire the pump is under the floor boards but i cant find the 3 way valve does this system have one fitted and what kind of system is it, i also have a leaking f&e tank which over flows how can i fix this.

sorry kev had the wronge setting when i have the hot water only the pump does not run

it's probable you dont have a valve then the h/w is heated by convection
