Back of oven touches gas pipe - problem?

We've just bought a new oven, and had a problem finding one that would fit because the gas pipe for the hob above it sticks out about 100mm from the wall at the top before it cuts back so its flush with the wall the rest of the way down.

We've found a Bosch oven that will fit as its cutaway at the top at the back, which allows room for the pipe where it sticks out.

However, its a tight fit, and the top of the oven is flush to the gas pipe under the hob - touching up against it.

Its a rigid copper pipe (not flexi). Is this in any way dangerous? Will the temperature from the oven cause the pipe to overheat?

Is there also any risk of electrical / earthing problems with this scenario?

ask a corgi reg engineer to visit and make the appliances safe to use. then you'll be safe and in no doubt what so ever. rvi

any oven i have come across has been suitable to fit under a hob with suitable cut out at back as long as gas supply pipe is fitted tight to wall and as high as possible, i would check clearances from oven MI's to cnfirm what is required, but as posted best this is checked by RGI
