Bad Artificial Grass Finish

Have just had the front lawn replaced with “the plastic stuff”.

There is a small flower bed in the middle and around it there are small folds here and there.

The job was not cheap and I thought things like this wouldn’t happen.

Is it reasonable for me to expect an uncreased finish overall?

I don't think it is, and I wouldn't accept it. Would you accept 'folds' in a fitted carpet?

Does the weather cause any differences, expansion etc?

I just re- laid a mates bit of plastic grass, it's easy to do it right.

Same here. I did my own and it used to blow away but always pulled back straight
