Balance Flue problem

Oil Boiler, will not fire when the flue air intake is connected, but works fine when front open and flue disconected.

ie she will not burn her own fumes.

Any pointers to cause and cure.

sorry, but you need to employ a competant engineer to solve this for you ASAP, poor flue connections kill people
