Good afternoon ,

I have a cascade thermostatic bar shower , which is fed by a twin supply 1.5 bar pump with decent pressure at shower head . The problem I have is water temperature does not get quite hot enough . I have tried adjusting the override for hot control (even removing it) but still not getting there . The cartridge appears to be working as it moves from very cold up to hot , well nearly hot ! Hot water cylinder is set to about 52 - not sure if this is actually hot enough , but it is at that as the water coming from taps is pretty hot . Any advice would be most welcome .

thanks

I think this may receive more attention in the plumbing and ch forum but am replying because I have exactly the same problem.I have removed the bar, cleaned the filter discs and flushed through,to no effect.
Water heating is ec7 and set around 50deg.I have the spec for the shower in front of me and it reads 'hot water supply temperature 55-85deg'so when I get a moment I will tweak the (uncalibrated) stat up a tad and let you know how I get on.

thanks for the reply ,I was concerned to put temp on tank up further as hot water is to my mind quite hot . Did not know if there was a method to restrict cold water flow slightly between pump and shower.

cheers
