I had a chemical DPC injected some time ago, and the tradesman filled the holes with what looks like cement (my ignorance may be showing here). This has not been painted or sealed since. I am now getting a little bit of damp coming back in the same area. Before I go back to the damp guy, I wanted to check whether the fact that this is bare cement is the problem.
If it's a matter of waiting for some dry weather and letting things dry out before painting/sealing then what product should I use.
