Hi there.

I'm trying to convert a basement into a habitable room and need to plumb a WC, WHB and shower up so that I can get them into the existing waste drainage system, which is obviously higher than they are.

Can anyone advise?

There are saniflo type pumps which will pump the waste from both toilets and basins through a 32 mm pipe to the floor above.

I would recommend putting a non return valve on the outlet.

Dans back and I expect he will have something to say about it.

If pumping out of a cellar a proper NRV is needed just above the pump as the built in ones leak and cause them to cycle.
