Bath Hot Water shutting off...

Can anyone help please? Veissmann Viotodens 100 Boiler recently serviced, told all OK. Central Heating works fine. However, running hot water into the bath requires the hot tap to be only quarter open. Any stronger flow, and the hot water shuts off and goes cold. Full demand on hot water to the hot tap on both two sinks - apparently very similar volume - on the same floor is fine. So full demand from the bath alone appears to shut off the boiler. Reduce the bath hot water tap demand to only a quarter flow, and the boiler supplies hot water again.
Could anyone please advise?
