Bath hot water tap

The hot water tap on the bath was previously working but has suddenly reduced to a trickle.

Any ideas? The hot water tap on the bathroom sink, however remains ok.

In addition, (and possibly related), the bathroom radiator builds up hot water even when the heating is turned off. Are the problems related??

Bathroom radiator is probably on hot water circuit. If you don't want it on, turn it off.

The tap may be a stuck washer. Remove the body of the tap to investigate.
