the mixer taps / shower head are dripping / running water without taps being turned on.Any answers how to resolve.

It's called a re-eating tool. You take the tap apart and the bit the washer presses onto is the bit that needs re-seating. The water makes tiny grooves in the same way the grand canyon was made. Change the washer whilst you are at it.
