Bath mixer tap running slow

Our bath mixer tap has suddenly started to run slowly on cold water. If you turn it to completely cold it is literally a dribble. Hot seems to be fine. Any ideas what could be causing this? It was fitted around a year ago.

Inlet filters would be my first check.
