Bathroom mixer tap no cold water

I have a bath tub mixer tap like the one pictured below. Past few days the cold water started coming slow and all of a sudden when I turn the cold on now, no water comes whatsoever. Hot works and the basin mixer tap which is nearby works on hot and cold. Everywhere else in the house the cold is working. I was thinking can it be an airlock? Any ideas what it could be?

Does the tap feel as it did before the problem started?

Possibly the washer has worn to the point that the headgear has separated and is now effectively closed all the time.

Isolate the supply and take the cold tap headgear out - if it's in two parts then replace the washer and re-assemble.

Turn off water mains, drain down all water, remove bath tap heads and fit these:

Turn on mains water, leave all taps open under water flows normally.
