Bath Panel won't fit

Just trying to do the final bits in my bathroom.

The acrylic bath panel wont fit, any tips on cutting and measuring?

I guess the best way, is to cut the bottom, then silicon up to it to hide the cut?

Yes cut at the bottom, I make a frame from 2×1 slate lat to stop it flexing inwards. I use a small angle grinder with a diamond blade, might be a bit overkill but I find this the fastest way.

guess someone never measured the panel before fitting the bath.. lol

if its a square bath you can get solid (not acrylic) adjustable bath panels for about £40 online.

Use white hardboard panel. Look good and simply.
