Hi all. I just fitted a new Hansgrohe Talis bath shower mixer.
The diverter on it seems to not work properly.
When I pull the diverter knob up it lets the water flow to the shower head correctly but as soon as I let go the knob falls down and reverts to the tap.
I have a gravity fed system, pressure isn't great but should be ok for this kind of application.
Prior to returning the mixer as faulty I was wondering if any one has ideas on how I can get the diverter to work?
