I am about to install a bath and finish the wall tiling down to it and over a seal strip. What seal strip would you recommend I use? Is it worth paying out for the likes of teleseal that move with your bath and still make a seal?

Forget the sealing strip and just use silicone.
Quick suggestion
Sealux make a range of seals that meet British Standard Recommendations for sealing movement joints (BS5385).
With their systems silicone is not exposed to the shower so there is no messy seal line. You might also consider tanking??
