Bathroom and landing lights

Nothing was done with lights when I removed the old broken light outside but ASI said the wires must have been loose in sockets as when I removed it from wall some of the wires came out I have tried to follow posts here and now ran out of options

What type of lights are fitted at the landing and bathroom? Can you take pictures of the wiring there?

Sorry for the landing light it needs to be a picture of the ceiling rose not the bit the bulb goes in,

What happened to the ends of those wires?

But look, you aren’t telling us something else

ASI previously said when I removed the bottom light switch some of the cables came out so am unable to remember which are which. The top and bottom switches are both intermitdate switches. All I need is a pointer of where the cables go to landing switch Red is in L1, Black with Red sleeve is in L2. Bottom switch Red L1 Blue L2 and yellow is in common 1

The switch in the first picture is an intermediate, but it looks brand new. Is this a replacement for another switch? Let’s see the old switch . If so I think I know where part of the problem might be.
Also, are there other wires behind that switch that are not in the photo?

The switch in the second picture is not an intermediate, it’s a 2 gang 2 way switch .

Yes all worked previously except the bottom hall light the double switch in hall at bottom of stairs this had a 3 core Red ,Black And earth witch was thi old broken light outside which I removed this 3 core cable the switch was faulty as did not click so yes this is a new switch and the bottom hall light works fine

If that was/is an intermediate switch then there should be another wire in the back box. Is there?
