I have moved house and the paint it peeling and bubbling on the ceilings and walls. I think this is because there has not been enough ventalation when the shower/bath are on. The problem has not got any worse over the last 6 months as I keep the window open. I now want to decorate the bathroom, but am unsure how I go about this. Firstly I need to prepare the walls, and secondly is there something I can put onto the walls and ceiling that will handle condensation any better before painitng. Or is a bathroom paint able to help. Any help would be greatly received, I am not the best at DIY.
