Bathroom drainage piping advice

We are looking into adding a downstairs bathroom. Is this drawing sufficient for the piping? Do I need to handle venting separately to be compliant with building regs?

Not a plumber but I think I would be a bit concerned about the toilet waste like that and I would join at the other side of the 90 degree bend
