bathroom extractor fan

hi fellas, sorry not replied to this thread for a while but been tiling the bathroom and plumbing in new sink and shower!
further to my original question about which fan, i think i will be going for a pir operated fan mounted on the ceiling with a double pole isolator switch outside the bathroom. My question is, would this be ok to be vented up through the loft and out of the soffits?
any thoughts would be appreciated, thanks

You could use the the shower S/W to power fan!. Then via FSU as isolating S/W for fan, fuse rating for cable/fan.
Also best to put fan above/close to shower.

Make sure you get the right IP rated fan for where you are going to position it
