I have three switches outside the bathroom, two were for bathroom lights and one for kitchen light. Can I use one of the switches to connect to extractor fan and how would I get a permanent live to the extractor fan

What do you mean "were for"?

Kitchen, bathroom are they next to each other? Think we need more info - maybe pics of the inside of the switches too..
