Bathroom extractor

Hi,

I want to put an extractor fan in our upstairs bathroom but because there is a sloped single story extension below I can't easily get to the outside of the wall.

Is there an extractor fan which can be fitted from the inside only.

There must be something out there designed for high rise flats.
