Bathroom fan

Basic question but I cant find straight answer.

Im a bit more 17th orientated, but a fan in a bathroom in zone one installed 8ish years ago, no RCD protection, 230v, IPx4
Centre of fan is 2250mm

Does that require improvement.

No. It's allowed in zone one (like an electric shower).
