Hello All,
I am planning on retiling my bathroom with porcelain tiles 600mm x 300mm roughly 4sqm.
The floor is concrete and roughly 22 years old with no hairline cracks or any cracks through the existing ceramic tiles. I managed to remove the old ceramic tiles 300mm x 300mm and scrape the old tile cement down. In fairness there is about 1-2mm in areas that I cannot scrape away.

Firstly, it's impossible to remove all the existing tile cement so I am wondering if this 1-2mm is ok to leave. If so, do I need to seal the concrete floor and which product should I purchase to seal it. Lastly, I bought Mapei standard set plus adhesive which says its ok for porcelain tiles but I am wondering if I should use the Map Keraflex S1?

Many thanks for any advice in helping me.
