Im days away from completeing on a house.

Neither me or the wife are fans of the current bathroom layout. The toilet position looks a bit closed in. Due to the box for the stairs being in the bathroom it limits useable space.

The usable space is around 1200 x 1800

My plan is 800 x 900/1000 shower tray with a 300/200 box for the shower head ,taps and piping.

And sink toilet combo like this

The door doesnt come into that area so its not a concern

Any other ideas

Show us a dimensioned floorplan.

Include the position of plumbing and especially the soil pipe.

Ill upload one . I just need to modify it slightly as its not accurate

please forgive my poor skills, the measurments on the floor plan were from the floorplan from the estate agent . i dont believe the measurments are wall to wall i think its measured into the window area. the 2.03m i think is closer to 1.80m. the red box on the floorplan is the stairboxand the sink is on a shelf. the tinkercad screen shot is how i think the are would look best , but im open to suggestions. as said in the first post im not in the property yet so cant get any more accurate than this

edit im sure the soil pipe exit through the wall at the tap end of the bath on the floor plan. that about all i know about the pipes
