Hi Blup,
Sorry I mis-spelled your name. Accept my apologies.
Please note, the last photo is the old led drive and hand wave sensor, which Ai forgot to mention.
Thank you.

Frodos wiring above is good.

It looks like you have the same part number, but Would like to double check you have the correct led driver as there are two types you could have bought, constant voltage and constant current.

Please can you show two images, one of the label on your old driver and one of the label on your new led driver.

(Ie the writing on the plastic of the LED drivers themselves).

Thx sfk

Both absolutely identical - it was my mistake when I was looking at the images.

To add, be careful when wiring as some of the wires are 240v (dangerous) and some are 12v (safe).
When you have both it can be easy to become flippant / relaxed and accidently touch the wrong wire. Make sure mains are isolated.

Have a look at this to help understand the basic principles, if you're lucky the man himself might be along.

Neither are "Drivers"
They are BOTH 12V "Power Supplies"
"DRIVERS" provide a constant current - to the device concerned.
"Power Supplies" provide a constant Voltage.

For which I thank him/her.

Spec appears to be:

Input Voltage: 100- 240v – 50Hz
Constant Current Output: 700mA
Constant Voltage Output: 12VDC, max 500mA, 6w
Output Voltage: 3-9VDC

Not really sure what to make of that...
