Hi there im trying to change spotlight bulbs in bathroom Can anyone help please

If there are watts or lumens marked on the unit, then it is integral, unless it say Max watts. Many units today do not have bulbs as such, I tried typing number into Google and got this lamp

from Screwfix their LAP series, so seems to be an integral type.

Have had led lap bulbs in various light fittings and none have failed over the years, but would avoid sealed units of any make where possible
