Bathroom Lights & Other

Hi,
Just been checking over more electrics in my new house. (new to me!)
The bathroom was redone by the previous owners.
I've got 7 halogens supplied from their own 6A MCB in the CU.
Is it best for me to have this MCB on the 30mA RCD?

I have also just had PME put in, should I leave the 100mA S Type in as an incommer or replace with a DP isolation switch. Currently the only circuits the 100mA protects is the 6A for the bathroom lights, 6A for rest of house lights, and a 32A for the outhouse.

Also!
Bonding
I have got 2, 10mm2 earths from the CU, one going to the incomming gas and one to the incomming water under the kitchen sink. The kitchen sink is cross bonded but so far I can not see an earth running to the bathroom.
If I need to run a 10mm to the bathroom where can I bond it to, is the airing cupboard acceptable.

Will post layout of bathroom in a bit

Cheers![/u]

If i needed to run the earth I can pull it through the spare room as there is no floor down yet
