bathroom lights touching loft insulation?

Hi there.
My husband installed recessed eyeball lights in our bathroom some years ago.
Since then, we have kept the loft insulation away from the lights (where they come up into the loft). He also lifted the flooring at that part.
Our bathroom, understandably, gets pretty cold. I was wondering if there is some product, maybe a cage type thing, that will allow the insulation to go over the lights, and the flooring to be replaced?
Thanks,
Linda
