Hi all

Having a problem with our bathroom pump. It was here when we moved in and has always been a bit noisy but worked fine. We recently had our bathroom redone. The pump was moved slightly from where it had been in the bathroom (at the end of the tub. We decided to remove the tub and only have a shower enclosure. We're on the top floor our building). We've had some problems with it since the re-siting. It comes on briefly (a short burst) without any faucet being turned on. The fitter has been back a few times to change valves etc but it hasn't made any difference. (At first I thought it was air but we've bled the system and the water pressure and hot water temperature have been adjusted as well.)

Any thoughts? (I have no idea what make the pump is)

Your best source of information will the pump manufacturer. If you have not got the user manual, look on the pump to find out who the manufacturer is, there may well be a contact number also, if there is no contact number on the pump..google them. They will most certainly have a technical dept that will put you right over the phone in no time!
