Bathroom radiator

Hi i have bought an electric towel radiator from its 500w and comes with a cable fitted to the element,

i dont want to use it in a bathroom so i was wondering if i could just put a normal plug on the end?

Does anyone know?

Put a 3A fuse in the plug.
