I've got an odd query, regarding bathrooms and building regulations.
My maisonette had a bathroom when it was built in the early 80's, and then the bath was changed to a shower cubical around 2002. In 2008 I changed it back to a Bath.
Would this have needed approval?
If yes, how do i get approval retrospectively?
It's only come up as I'm in the process of seller and the buyer's solicitor has asked about it.
