Hi,

My spotlight bar (3 lights) in the bathroom has become loose and is not flush with the ceiling and hanging down with a bit of the wires exposed - it was here when I moved in so I don't have any instructions on how to re-attach it or fix it - can anyone help me??

Cheers :D

Its probably come loose because the locating screws were fixed into plaster rather than a ceiling joist....can you PVA glue a good wall plug into the fixing holes, and try to reattach the light when the glue has gone off? Trouble is, you can't see where the screws are going to if you simply bung new longer and fatter ones in,and the last thing you want to do is to screw through the supply cable.....get my drift? Homebase stores do a really good range of cavity wall and ceiling plugs if you feel like checking them out.

Or it could be the grub screws securing it to the ceiling bracket have been lost.
