Hi,

i have a bathroom tap (see attached picture) and the problem i am getting is that when i turn the knob (marked in the red circle) for the water to go striaght to the shower head it doesnt make all the water go to the shower and instead half the water comes down through the tap and half goes to the shower.

please can someone tell me what the problem is and how i can go about replacing it
