Bathroom - Where do I start???

Any help out there? ... Where do I start with bathroom decorating.

Bathroom is back to basics (floorboards, stripped walls, new plastered ceiling). I need to paint the ceiling (the nobbly stuff), cornice, upper wall painting, lower wall tiling, skirting board, underfloor electric heating, floor finish..... In which order do I do this? They do affect each other.

Any advice very welcome.

I'm not an expert but have done a fair bit of DIY - I tend to start at the top and work my way down (but would install the heating and any other dusty works, appliances etc before starting the decorating)
