Bathroom Window.

Hi everyone am new to the forum.

Anyways,,am having a problem with the bathroom window.
The snib at the top and the middle of the window lock in
nicely with the mechanism.But the bottom snib isn't catching
therefore causing a gap of maybe 2 or 3 mm and letting alot
of air in,am not sure to resolve this problem.

Any help will be appreciated

Hazarding a guess here without seeing it but you should be able adjust the bottom keep closer into the rebate to pull the casement tighter.
