My Bauckneckt washing machine has started making terrible grinding noises. They seem to be when it is pumping water, as it washes fine without much noise (just when it fills with water), and the grinding stops when the spin cycle gets going. I've checked the filter and there's nothing trapped there. There also seems to be a bit of water sat inside the door seal. Could it be that something has got stuck and is making the pump noisy? Or is it likely to be more serious? The drum makes absolutely no noise when you turn it by hand, so does that mean it can't be the bearings?
