Baumatic cooker hood fan problem?

The fan on my Baumatic cooker hood has stopped working on the first and second buttons but it still works on the third and highest setting/button. does anyone know what might have caused this and how it can be fixed??
 
So you must be getting electric supply to the hood so its not an electrcian's problem.

Try posting in appliances!
