Hi can some one pls tell me about the prob i have with my boiler. Its over heating an and letting out water from the condincing pipe under the boiler.
The pressure gauge goes pasted the 2.5 mark and keep on going untill it let waster out.

is the filling loop turned off ?

if so can you disconnect the flexible tube to prove it ?

if thats ok the expansion vessel may require repressurising or if you are unlucky replacing.

Get an additional expansion vessel fitted on the return pipe, close to the boiler as possible.
