Hi I'm hoping some of you knowledgeable people can help me.
I'm getting a flashing 60 fault on my boiler on call for CH and DHW indicating pump failure or low pressure. Pressure is fine and I have changed the pump for a spare that I had. Pump appears to be running (I can hear it spinning). The problem appears to be the pressure differential valve. I can see that the pushrod that operates the microswitch not coming up and hitting the microswitch. I thought this could be the diaphragm so I've changed that although the one I took out looked to be fine. That didn't fix it.
I'm now starting to think there is a blockage somewhere. I have changed the plate heat exchanger but still not working. Could there be a blockage in the diverter assembly and would this prevent the pushrod from operating?
