Very low pressure on my baxi and I'm suprised it's still running to be honest! How do I repressurise my boiler? I have tried to repressurise using the small black tap attached to the silver hose but nothing appears to happen! Please help!

There is sometimes 2 taps one on either end of silver hose, other than that non return valve is stuck
