Hi, I have a problem with hot water, CH works fine. overflow is running and gauge is reading 3.4 Bar. How do i reduce pressure?

Have you left the filling loop open ? you can bleed a rad to bring the pressure down but you need to find out why the pressure went up in the first place.

No the filling loop is closed, so i can just bleed a rad to take the pressure down. I have tried to clean the filter on the cold water feed but it seems very tight. Is that Normal? i.e. is it left hand thread?

My Apologies Sir, Filling loop was ever so slightly Open. Now pressure Has gone down after bleeding rad. Many Thanks indeed !
