Baxi 105e optional timer replacement

I am trying to replace the optional timer on my Baxi 105e boiler.

I am using a Danfoss TP5000Si wireless with a RX1 receiver.
I have removed the link on the mains terminal as per the instructions ( 1&2 ) and connected the common and switched in place of the link. Also removed the optional internal timer from plug A3.

I can not get the boiler to ignite, CH1 lights when the temp is below the set value and I can hear it switch.

I can not find any instructions for removing the internal timer I am thinking there might have to me a step I am missing.

The boiler works fine if I reconnect the internal timer

Any ideas

Leave the internal timer connected and switched to constantly on.
