BAXI 105e-Removed Radiator, Now no Hot Water and pump fail?

Hi there, my Combi Baxi 105e boiler has been working fine.

I removed a radiator today in prep for decorating.

Now i dont get any Hot Water from the Baxi and the Pump/Low pressure fail LED is flashing when a hot water tap in on...

Has anyone any ideas? Are the 2 related?

what is the pressure reading on the pressure gauge

Zero,

If i turn the CH on it reads Zero as well, and again the LED flashes

manualy fill boiler to 1.5 bar via tap on flexi filling loop close to or under boiler.vent all rads downstairs first, returning to boiler as you are doing it ,continually topping the pressure up as you go.

Arr ok think i have filled it now. (one of the radiator valves wasn't closed so when i first tried it leaked water everwhere! doh)
