Hi everyone!

Could you please explain what parts of the system are checked/cleaned as part of a routine annual service on the above boiler?

Thanks,
Rob.

Why do you want to know?

Kevplumb, I have actually repaired my boiler.

Not sure whether you read my previous post about the fan/flue fault led flashing, but I traced the problem to the pcb. I then found a faulty relay on the board and replaced it with a new one - and hey presto, all is working fine. Sure beats spending 100 quid on a new pcb too!

Kevplumb, forgot to mention in my previous post but I have found a supplier for a service kit to repair the primary section of my 3 way valve assembly, as it currently has a minor leak.

I was told by someone that I'd have to buy a complete new assembly, but this doesn't appear to be the case so hopefully I will drain the boiler and then strip down and replace all the seals/o rings in the assemble at the weekend.
