Hi,

On our Baxi 105e the 60 degree light flashes fairly frequently when we turn on the hot water. This happens about 7/10 times. Restarting the boiler while the hot water is running normally fixes this and the boiler fires up etc.

The pressure is fine.

Normally this could be the pump, pressure flow switch of the top divertor valve sticking on the boiler. Is there a way to determine the root cause or is it a case of elimination.

Thanks for your advice

Open rad valves
If they are set to 3 then in this warm weather they are all off.
Boiler can't cool itself by pumping water around rads when you use for hot water.

Not my area but I know that happens.
I've opened all the rad trv valves

draindown take off the pump pressure switch housing 4 screws clean and grease the pin change the diaphragm and below the diaphragm is a tiny hole that gets a wee bit of crude in it clean this out by using the pin attached to bearing plate.
.
edit
ignore wayner he is right its not his area
