It could be a small hole in diaphragm or broken venturi as mentioned above, has the diaphragm been checked?

Hi there diaphragm was changed a few months ago I have no issues with hot water from taps diverter valve changed last year will have a look at Venturi need to get hold of. 24 mm ring spanner I have all sizes up to 22mm lol thanks again all
