hi i have baxime 105e, hotwater is coming on and off some time,heating is working ok ,pressure is ok, both swiches on valves are working ok,please help me thanks

the problem is that sludge has built up in the secondary heat exchanger, the small one that makes hot water. you should have a magnaclene fitted on the return pipe to the boiler. You will need to replace the secondary heat exchanger to cure the problem, and preferably get the system clean before you fit the new one.

No need to replace it as it takes less than 30 mins to remove and clean it

It is very difficult to remove baked on sludge from inside the small plate HEX I have tried and if paying someone to do it its cheaper to replace it.

Plates are around 65 plus vat retail, might aswell try to clean it, ive cleaned loads out to restore good hw performance
