Hi, I would appreciate advice to sort out my Baxi 105HE gas boiler. The central heating works fine. The DHW produces luke warm water, the boiler fires up with a reduced flame, hence the tepid hot water. I suspect the DHW temp sensor ??. Is there anything else that could cause this problem ??

Does the fan run at maximum speed? (any neons flashing)

Is the air pressure switch proved? (check electrical and pressure tube connections)

Clean the DHW sensor.

Check Flue for blockages

Does this help?
