Baxi 50 / 4RS boiler not firing up

Baxi 50 / 4RS Boiler. Central heating power on, pilot light lit but when the heating is switched on the burner doesn't ignite. The pilot stays lit and you can hear the pump running. The downstairs radiators were cold for a couple of days prior to this but the upstairs ones worked fine when heating on. Any ideas? Also does anyone know where I can get the instructions for this boiler? They aren't on the baxi website.

CHeck whether the "switched Live" input to the boiler goes live when there's a demand. If so the problem is corgi territory, of not it's the timer or thermostat.
