Can anyone help please? I have recently had a new baxi boiler fitted. My old boiler was 20+ years old so its very technical this new one. We got a wireless programmer with it but im really struggling with it. I have read and re read the instructions numerous times but cant figure out what im doing wrong.
The original problem I had was that I couldnt get the auto function to work. I had it all set up for the blocks of time throughout the day that I wanted the heating to be on but when I turn it to auto the heating just fires up no matter what time it is. My dad has recently tried to figure it out but since he has had a little play with it im having issues with the hot water.... Its barely luke warm and I have no idea why! Its set to water on. I am awear that you can change the comfort temp whilst the heating and water are on by turning the selector knob but when i try that its stuck at 5.0oc and 4.5oc and wont turn up or down, Is this whats causing it? the water temp is set to 60oc.
I would be happy to even reset the whole thing back to scratch and start to program it all over again but I cant find a way to restor factory settings either. Im getting so frustrated with this and it wasnt cheap. I have recently had a baby and all I want is to have a hot bath when I have an hour spear, Please someone help me. Thanks in advance

Both the boiler and the programmer are very new products.

I suggest you get the installer in to solve your problems.

Thanks anyway but he has never used the programmer before so I'm stuck. I'll figure it out hopefully

Then Baxi is your best source of information! 0844 871 1525

PS - Did the installer leave the boiler manual and the programmer manual behind?

Thank you! Yes he left me the user manuels the boiler it's self is fantastic and the most simple thing to use its just this programmer, once connected it takes over all boiler function so I don't have to touch it.when reading the programmer manuel it makes sense or so it seems but then it doesn't do what it's supposed to when its supposed to.
